Paul, Cam and James had a talk with Drinks Bulletin to give an insight into new trends in pub and bar culture.

“We don’t expect people to only drink kombucha every day or for the whole night out, but rather as a way to find a little balance, swapping it out every second or third alcoholic drink, or having one when you’re hungover on a Sunday," said Cam MacFarlane."

"The Bucha of Byron offers an Original flavour in bottle or on tap, as well as the newly released Lemon Myrtle flavour.  The brand is on tap at venues including Garden State Hotel in Melbourne - which recently won AHA Vic Pub of the Year - and the Beach Hotel in Byron Bay. It is now also being used for kombucha cocktails, bringing the brew to life in another unexpected way."
