On a beautiful late-summer's morning in Byron Bay, we grabbed our freshest Bucha and our umbrellas and headed down to Main Beach for the Byron Bay Surf Festival! We had freshly-chopped fruit to garnish our Kombucha with, and plenty of people stopped by to chat about what makes Kombucha so great, their experiences with the brew, and how they incorporate it into their lives.  Inspiring stuff!
