The Mermaid Society talks to Emily Hardman about The Bucha

Everyone seems to have a different opinion about Kombucha these days.  There's a lot of pseudo-science going around, and it can be confusing when you're trying to understand what the hell Kombucha is, let alone if it's good for you.  We're trying to keep things simple, so we brew our Kombucha to taste good, while keeping the sugar content down.  The probiotics do the rest.

That said, we love hearing what people are saying and how they are bringing The Bucha into their lives.  The Mermaid Society recently had a chat with accredited and practicing dietitian Emily Hardman (who happens to be the daughter of 2 x Surfing World Champion Damien Hardman) to talk about Kombucha!
