Bucha Cocktails:  KOMBUCHA SMASH

Kevin Peters is the brains, taste-buds and mixing skills behind our series of Kombucha Cocktails.  His bar-tending experience has taken him through Sydney and New York, from small dive bars, all the way up to 840 person venues such as The Garden State Hotel in Melbourne.  

When it comes to being a great bartender, ‘You can’t teach someone attitude,’ he says.

In the latest creation, the Kombucha Smash, that attitude literally flares into frame!

 

Ingredients:

30ml Vodka
15ml Pineapple Pok Pok (Pineapple drinking vinegar)
15ml Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
1 Dash Angostura Bitters

 

Method:

Shake and double strain
Top with kombucha


Glass: Collins
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge & Mint spring
