15ml Pineapple Pok Pok (Pineapple drinking vinegar)
15ml Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Shake and double strain
Top with kombucha
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge & Mint spring
