The Bucha of Byron, in collaboration with renowned bartender Kevin Peters at Melbourne's Garden State Hotel have developed this range of delicious kombucha cocktails that are guaranteed to lift your spirits.
 First up we present the Byron Bay Fizz!   A beautiful, citrus-forward cocktail with an effervescent fizz.
Grab a few ingredients, watch the video below and have a damn good time making some beautiful beverages!
 
Ingredients
30ml Brookies Gin
15ml Limoncello
15ml Lillet Blanc
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
5 basil leaves
15ml eggwhites
Method
Dry shake, wet shake, double strain
Top with 60ml of Lemon Myrtle kombucha
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Basil sprig
